Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Sales, located in Lucknow. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, training new team members, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include setting sales goals, analyzing data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the team meets their targets. The role involves direct customer interactions, problem-solving, and driving overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to Train and motivate team members effectively
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferable
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
