Team Leader/Supervisor (Scanning & Documentation)

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee and guide a team of scanning operators, computer operators, and paperwork management staff. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining productivity, quality, and adherence to process standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of leading and motivating a team in a dynamic work environment.

Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in supervising data entry, scanning, or documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of scanning operators, computer operators, and documentation staff.
• Monitor work efficiency, set performance targets, and ensure timely task completion.
• Conduct daily reviews and quality checks to ensure that data entry, scanning, and document handling meet the required standards.
• Assist in training new employees and guiding them through company protocols.
• Collaborate with management to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports on team performance, work status, and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Past experience in a supervisory role or relevant field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer operations and documentation processes.
• Experience in scanning, data entry, and file management is desirable.

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
