Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Team Leader & Sales Executives to drive sales of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles in the assigned territories. The role involves outdoor sales, customer acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles in assigned areas.
• Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain dealer/customer network.
• Coordinate with finance & service teams for smooth delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Team Management.
• Team Handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales and fieldwork.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 (Freshers) | ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 (Experienced).

DRIVING LICENSE IS MANDATORY
