Team Leader/Sales Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, grievance handling, inside sales, and training & development. This role requires the ability to drive sales targets, introduce new services, and ensure continuous growth of the team in line with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle team grievances and resolve issues effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support the team in inside sales activities, client communication, and deal closures.
• Introduce and promote new services to clients and train the team accordingly.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new joiners as well as upskilling existing team members as per market trends.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and growth plans.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and performance.
