We are expanding our sales division and invite applications for the role of Team Lead – Sales. Role Overview The Team Lead – Sales will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers, driving client acquisition, and achieving sales revenue targets. The role demands leadership, strong financial knowledge, and the ability to inspire and train a young, energetic team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise Relationship Managers to achieve sales and revenue goals. Drive client acquisition strategies and monitor execution by the sales team. Conduct training and performance reviews to enhance productivity. Provide support in client meetings and assist in closing high-value accounts. Collaborate with the research team to deliver timely market insights. Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and company policies. Requirements Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred). 1–5 years of experience in sales, stock broking, or financial advisory. NISM Certification (Series XV / Equity Derivatives) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Passion for stock markets and financial products.
