Team Leader - Voice Process

Job Description:

SPE Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage our night shift team in a US-based voice process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO or international call centers and strong team management skills.

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Voice Process/Team Handling Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met
• Provide regular coaching and feedback
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report to Operations Manager with daily/weekly progress

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader in BPO/Voice Process
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage team targets and maintain quality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM, and call center tools
• Strong spoken English is mandatory
• Willing to work in night shifts

Shift Details:

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
• Work Mode: Office-based only (No remote/work from home)
