Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader/ Territory Sales Manager located in Sonamukhi. The individual will be responsible for managing a sales team, leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing team operations, meeting sales targets, providing training and support to team members, maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
