Team Leader Telesales

to lead our high-energy sales team. You ll oversee day-to-day telesales operations, guide your team to hit targets, and ensure top-notch quality in every customer interaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and has the skills to inspire performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a telesales team to achieve daily monthly sales targets.
Ensure
quality control
of calls and adherence to scripts.
Allocate telecalling lists, manage rosters, attendance, and leaves.
Conduct
daily team briefings
before shifts.
Monitor and review performance; provide regular feedback retraining where needed.
Maintain accurate
sales account reports
and ensure timely payment deposits.
Track competitor activities, offers, and performance trends.
Interview shortlist candidates for the telesales team.
Ensure maximum manpower utilization for peak productivity.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s Degree (any discipline).
2+ years
experience in telesales/telemarketing leadership roles.
Proven ability in
objection handling
and closing sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team to deliver results.
