Team Leader - (Telesales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader with telecalling experience to manage and guide our telesales team. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in telecalling, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor call quality, sales pitch, and conversions of team members.

Train, coach, and mentor telecallers to improve performance.

Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.

Assign calling data and track productivity of the team.

Prepare performance reports and share with management.

Ensure team discipline, motivation, and a result-oriented work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling / telesales experience (mandatory).

Prior experience in handling a team (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication, persuasion, and people management skills.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of CRM / calling software and MS Office.
