Team Leader - Sales Call Centre

An IVF Call Centre Sales Team Leader manages agents, drives sales of fertility treatments, handles patient inquiries (counseling, appointments, follow-ups), monitors calls for quality, meets targets, and provides training, requiring empathy, strong communication, CRM skills, and often experience in IVF/medical sales to convert leads into patients for successful treatment journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate tele-calling agents to meet performance goals.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, convert calls into appointments, and ensure profitability.
• Patient Management: Oversee follow-ups, address patient concerns, provide emotional support, and ensure understanding of the IVF process.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily call centre operations, monitor call quality, handle escalations, and run reports.
• Data & Systems: Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and effective use of call centre technology.
• Strategy: Collaborate with management to improve service quality and adapt sales techniques.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, call centre leadership, and ideally within the IVF, fertility, or medical industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems and call centre software.
• Personal: Dynamic, confident, empathetic, and a strong problem-solver.
