From advocating for safety measures like seat belts and airbags to leading in pricing sophistication and telematics, we are committed to providing top-notch services to our clients. **Job Description:** As the primary individual responsible for managing Property Pre-fill/property technical support teams, you will be leading a team to success. Your key responsibilities will include conducting technical reviews and audits for the teams, providing coaching as needed, investigating claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring seamless communication with all parties involved in the claims process. You will also be tasked with identifying and accomplishing cross-skilling opportunities within the teams, collaborating with onshore adjusters, and developing the team's estimation accuracy with the help of onshore Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Ensuring the preservation of knowledge, adherence to estimating standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and increasing Straight Through Processing (STP) for estimates are vital aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for conducting process trainings, performance tracking, and management, along with actively managing demand and capacity based on volume inflow. Additionally, you will be expected to interact with leadership teams, mentor and guide team members, drive operational efficiencies, and arrange and attend business meetings. Your role will involve supervisory duties, making it essential for you to have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive capability expansion and growth within the team. **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 7-9 years of related experience - Managed a team with at least 15+ FTE - Managed or worked in Underwriting/Adjudication processes - Exposure to handling voice/back-office/digital support channels will be advantageous - Operational experience in handling Claims Insurance processing preferred - AIC, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or equivalent certifications are desirable **Primary Skills:** - Call Center Management - Coaching - Customer Experience Management - Performance Management (PM) - Relationship Building **Shift Time:** Not specified **Recruiter Info:** - Dipti Murudkar - dsudh@allstate.com **About Allstate:** The Allstate Corporation is a prominent insurance provider in the United States and operates in various countries.
