We are currently seeking a highly motivated and research-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting process research and scale-up activities. Responsibilities include commercializing products through the development or modification of protocols that are safe, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, scalable, and efficient. Knowledge of plant operations, tech transfer, reactor mapping, troubleshooting, and project proposals is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the process research team and scale-up scientists to deliver high-quality compounds within strict timelines. - Develop synthetic plans, design and conduct experiments for large-scale production. - Utilize analytical tools to monitor reaction processes effectively. - Optimize the use of project resources by monitoring, measuring, and reporting on scientific issues and achievements. - Troubleshoot processes during development and production phases. - Enhance existing process protocols by improving cost-efficiency, reliability, purity, and safety. - Resolve technical and scientific issues affecting material delivery by collaborating with internal teams and partners. - Assist in writing project proposals and reports. - Willingness to relocate to Europe if required. Candidate Requirements: - PhD in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 8 years of experience in process development and scale-up, preferably in CRO/CDMO settings. - Strong knowledge of classical and modern synthetic methods in organic chemistry. - Ability to work independently, lead teams, and motivate colleagues. - Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate within a team. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficiency in compiling results data, creating presentations, and sharing outcomes through effective communication and online meetings is a plus.,
