Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 2 to 7 years of experience to provide top-notch support for Oracle and App T1 systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and ensuring seamless system operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality Oracle and App T1 support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle and App T1 best practices and troubleshoot techniques.
Analyze system performance metrics to optimize system resources and capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data management policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a technical support environment.
Strong knowledge of Oracle and App T1 systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience with problem-solving methodologies and tools, such as root cause analysis and incident management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
