Description and Requirements

Manage and oversee the reconciliation process within the Aladdin system, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions and positions.
Identify and investigate exceptions within established time parameters.
Escalate and work closely with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
Ability to effectively manage, research/resolutions/follow-ups for closure of open items, cash, and position breaks.
Manage and analyze SWIFT messages, ensuring proper communication and settlement of transactions between financial institutions.
Possess a thorough understanding of capital markets, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
Should have knowledge of trade life cycle.
Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across all systems and processes.
Manage SLAs and customer escalations.
Flexible working on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
Strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to foresee and respond proactively on the floor.
Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress.
High energy and resilience level.
