We're looking for a Team Leader to manage and guide our operations team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth workflow, coaching team members, and meeting business goals. What You’ll Do: 🎯 Set daily/weekly plans with your team and review their progress 🧠 Provide one-on-one coaching to boost performance 📞 Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with business expectations 🚀 Drive productivity and operational efficiency 🛠️ Resolve technical queries and manage day-to-day challenges 🔄 Streamline call center processes and workflows 👥 Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of agents (20+ team members) 🌐 Manage multiple locations and ensure targets are met What We’re Looking For? ✅ Graduate/Post-Graduate ✅ 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader ✅ Experience managing at least 20 agents ✅ Background in BPO preferred ✅ Strong in team handling, coaching, and roster management ✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills 🚨 Immediate joiners preferred
