Team Leader Network Management

As a Network Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless APs. You should have hands-on experience with technologies such as SD-WAN, NSX, ISE, and Cisco ACI. Additionally, familiarity with OEM technologies like Cisco ACI, Array/Radware LB, and VMware-NSX is required. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless APs - Possess knowledge of technologies such as SD-WAN, NSX, ISE, and Cisco ACI - Hands-on experience with OEM technologies like Cisco ACI, Array/Radware LB, VMware-NSX, and others - Understanding of subnetting and proficiency in networking protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP - Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems - Analyze network traffic for identifying threats and vulnerabilities - Provide technical support to Application teams for issue resolution - Proficient in preparing SOPs and documentation - Install new equipment in the network infrastructure - Maintain network services and security policies - Implement user access control and enforce acceptable user policies - Monitor and control user access to network resources - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations - Evaluate network designs and recommend improvements - Develop and implement disaster recovery plans Qualifications Required: - CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or equivalent certification - Additional certifications in VMware, Load Balancers will be an added advantage - Expertise in routing protocols, SD-WAN technologies, and OEM solutions - Experience in network security and compliance implementation The company has a strong focus on the BFSI sector and experience working in Data Centre environments is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of Linux OS and possess good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification: - B.Tech / B.E.
