We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Marketing for Narayana e-Techno School, Bathinda. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving admissions and outreach activities. A key requirement is a thorough understanding of the geographical and administrative divisions of Bathinda, including its tehsils, towns, and surrounding rural belts. This knowledge is essential to effectively plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns across diverse areas, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the marketing team, building relationships with stakeholders, and implementing innovative strategies to promote the school’s academic excellence and holistic development. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector, particularly in an admission cell, will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with the local demographics, student preferences, and competitive landscape of Bathinda will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
