Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader-Mortgage Underwriter located in Noida. The Team Leader-Mortgage Underwriter will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage underwriting process, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating mortgage applications, conducting thorough loan analyses, and making decisions on loan approvals or rejections. Additionally, the role involves training and managing a team of underwriters to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Underwriting and general Underwriting skills
• Proficiency in handling Mortgages and related financial products
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with industry-specific software and tools beneficial
