Position: Team Leader – Maintenance (E&I)
Location: Goa & Telangana Green Field (TGF), Siddipet, Telangana
Function: Supply Chain – Manufacturing – Maintenance
Work Location: Plant

Job Objective

To manage all activities and projects related to the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) function, ensuring smooth operations of production lines and process areas across the plant.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I maintenance activities to meet production schedules and maximize productivity.
• Lead annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance systems for all plant equipment.
• Execute Electrical & Instrumentation engineering projects.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance systems, equipment history documentation, and asset registers.
• Prepare, monitor, and control annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Oversee maintenance planning and control activities.
• Develop vendors for spares and external maintenance services.
• Ensure safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including labor laws, pollution control, electrical installation norms, fire & safety laws, etc.
• Ensure all electrical safety systems remain functional at all times.
• Ensure adherence to GMP practices as per organizational protocols.

Job Requirements

Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical / E&I
Experience: 6–9 years (specifically in E&I domain)
