Job Description

As a Sales Team Manager, your role will involve managing a team of sales executives and FOS. You will be responsible for assigning daily targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure the team's success. It will be crucial to maintain a healthy login-to-disbursal ratio and build strong relationships with bank/NBFC branch managers. Your ultimate goal will be to drive overall monthly revenue for the team.
