Job Description - Logistics Executive /Team Leader -Last mile Delivery Back Ground - Team leader (Last mile)- Ecommerce/Hyper Local/Logistics/Grocery/Courier The Logistics Executive / Team Leader for Last Mile Delivery is responsible for overseeing the final step of the delivery process, ensuring that products reach customers promptly and in excellent condition. This role involves managing the last mile delivery team, optimizing delivery routes, handling customer service issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities: · Manage the Day to Operations in last mile delivery (Inventory/Dispatch/Inward) · Handling the Delivery Boys, Drivers for Electric Vehicles · Manage Warehouse team Picker/Packer/shorter/Loader · Route planning · Manage the Mis report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) · Liaison with other team leaders, Supervisors, hub manager and customer care · Meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction · Training and management of Drivers Cum Delivery Boy, Picker/Packer/shorter/Loader, and coordinators · Making Mis report using excel formula Skill Required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Experience: Last Mile: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Howrah, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8100202809
