Job Description Team Lead

Project Management

• Lead a team of annotators (minimum of 20) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of annotated LiDAR data.

• Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

• Annotation Quality Assurance:

• Define annotation guidelines and standards for cuboid and polygon annotation

. • Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure annotations meet accuracy and consistency requirements.

• Technical Skills

• Proficiency in LiDAR data processing tools and annotation software (e.g., Labelbox, Cubemos) is required. Knowledge of 3D point cloud data formats and understanding of geometric shapes (cuboids, polygons) is beneficial.

• Team Supervision and Training

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to annotation team members.

- Train new team members on annotation techniques, tools, and project-specific requirements.

• Tool and Workflow Optimization

- Evaluate and implement annotation tools and software to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Develop and refine annotation workflows to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

• Communication and Collaboration

- Liaise with project stakeholders (e.g., clients, project managers) to understand requirements and expectations.

- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making

- Address technical challenges and issues related to LiDAR data annotation.

- Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts or discrepancies in annotations. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain documentation related to annotation guidelines, processes, and project
