Role Overview: As a Network Security Engineer based in Bhosari, Pune, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain network solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of the organization's network infrastructure. You will work with a variety of network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers to create secure network topologies that meet the business requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring network traffic, performing vulnerability assessments, and responding to security breaches in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and deploy network solutions including LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN. - Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure network security. - Implement security measures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption protocols. - Monitor network traffic for threats and suspicious activities. - Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular security audits. - Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly. - Maintain documentation for network configurations and security policies. - Respond to and mitigate security breaches effectively. - Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Implement proactive network monitoring to address potential issues proactively. - Provide remote support for users working off-site or in different locations. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE IT, BE Computer, BSC, BCA - Certifications: CCNA, MCSE - Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in hardware and networking - Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, cloud platforms, configuring network devices, diagnosing technical problems, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
