Role Overview: As a Network Design & Implementation Specialist at our Pune location in Bhosari, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying network solutions such as LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN. You will work with a variety of network equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers to design network topologies that meet the business needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing security measures, monitoring network traffic, performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, and ensuring the security of cloud-based network environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and deploy network solutions like LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN. - Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure network functionality. - Design network topologies to align with business requirements. - Implement security measures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption protocols. - Monitor network traffic for threats and suspicious activities. - Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular security audits. - Secure cloud-based network environments on platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. - Maintain documentation for network configurations and security policies. - Respond to and mitigate security breaches, develop disaster recovery plans, and ensure incident response preparedness. - Implement proactive network monitoring and provide remote support for off-site users.
