Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Returning from Australia / UK / USA / Canada Preferred)

Industry: Telecom Prefered

Experience: Minimum 4–7 years in Sales, with team management experience

Shift timing -3:30 am to 12:30 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales who will not only achieve individual sales targets but also lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. Preference will be given to candidates who have international exposure, particularly those who have returned from Australia, UK, USA, or Canada, and bring a global perspective to sales strategies, customer handling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal sales to meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve collective team targets.
  • Monitor team performance daily, provide feedback, and ensure productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and review meetings to align team goals.
  • Train and upskill the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Candidates with international exposure (Australia, UK, USA, Canada) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a passion for achieving results.
  • Flexible to work in dynamic time zones (if applicable).
