Position: Team Leader
Experience Required: 1 – 3 years (Insurance background mandatory)
Salary: As per interview performance and experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve set targets and performance goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
• Handle escalations effectively and provide resolution to customer/agent issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and share with management.
• Work closely with management to implement new strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Support and guide team members for skill enhancement and career growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Presentable personality with strong leadership and team-handling ability.
• Good analytical skills with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to motivate and guide the team members effectively.
• Should be target-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable.
