We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of equity advisors/sales executives in the stock market domain. The role involves guiding the team in client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and sales of financial products while ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of equity/derivatives, and experience in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of advisors/sales executives.
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Ensure team performance and achievement of sales targets.
Handle escalated client queries and provide solutions.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce/Economics.
3–5 years’ experience in stock market advisory/sales.
At least 1 year in a team leader/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of stock market products & SEBI compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,892.62 - ₹50,540.26 per month
