Job Title: Paint Shop Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
Lead paint shop maintenance activities with a strong focus on electrical, robotics, and control systems. Ensure smooth and reliable operation of paint shop equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in paint shop operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems (ABB/Fanuc), PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley), HMI, and control panels.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Diagnose faults in electrical, automation, and conveyor systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and energy standards.
Support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or industrial paint shop maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Robotics, PLC, HMI, Drives, and Control Systems.
