Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Hub Operations located in Kannur . The Team Leader Hub Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, ensuring efficient handling of shipments, managing a team of hub staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The role also includes monitoring key performance indicators, solving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
