Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of outbound calling agents focused on real estate sales.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure the team adheres to sales scripts, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and issues to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or outbound calling.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and track sales performance.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
