Handle and manage a team of customer support agents.
Monitor daily operations and ensure service levels & quality standards are met.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
Manage schedules, attendance, and adherence for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Escalate complex queries/issues to higher management when required.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and client requirements.
