Job Summary

Company is seeking experienced and driven Team Leaders to manage our in-house tele-collection team for personal and digital loan recovery. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in collections with a proven ability to lead a team and meet collection targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 15–20 tele-callers engaged in collection of personal and digital loans
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure target achievement
• Provide regular training, guidance, and motivation to the team
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain MIS reports and share daily/weekly/monthly updates with management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during collection activities
• Drive initiatives to improve recovery efficiency and reduce delinquencies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections (only personal and digital loans)
• Proven experience in managing in-house tele-collection teams
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with recovery systems, dialer operations, and basic Excel reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
