  • Lead and manage a team in a voice-based collection process
  • Monitor team performance and ensure daily and weekly collection targets are achieved
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure high-quality standards in customer interactions and process execution
  • Motivate, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and productivity
