We are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Team Leader to join our fast-paced and growing environment..! What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills Ability to manage performance, drive KPIs, and ensure process compliance Hands-on experience in training, monitoring, and guiding team members Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive change Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and mentor a team to achieve daily and monthly targets Ensure 100% quality and productivity in all assigned tasks Monitor call quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction levels Coordinate with departments for smooth process flow Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Call Center Team Leader: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
