Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English with an intermediate communication skill in Hindi. Should have excellent organising and multitasking skills. Excellent team leading and people management skills.
Job Description:
· Need to train, guide, monitor and lead a team.
· Responsible for motivating the team as well as inspiring positive communication within the team so that they can work together towards achieving the set goals.
· Set clear goals and objectives that align with the organizations vision and values.
· Should be able to train team members, set strategies and monitor progress towards the goals.
Prepare MIS reports, analyze it and take actions to achieve set goals.
