Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage a young, energetic team. The candidate will be responsible for driving client engagements, ensuring compliance and quality in deliverables, and contributing to the firm’s growth in the consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments (Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Special Audits).
• Manage and deliver Virtual CFO services, including MIS reporting, financial planning, and advisory.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation assignments (IT, GST, TDS, assessments, filings).
• Handle corporate compliance matters under the Companies Act and related regulations.
• Review and finalize work prepared by juniors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with clients proactively to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Train and mentor team members, instilling process orientation and technical rigor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Qualified with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (articleship exposure to Audit/Tax will be an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and corporate compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, Zoho and working knowledge of audit/tax software.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
