Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of customer service agents in a BPO environment. You will be responsible for achieving team targets, ensuring quality service, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day team operations

Monitor team performance and provide feedback

Achieve KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)

Handle escalations and resolve customer issues

Coach and train team members

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of BPO experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Good knowledge of call center tools and metrics
