Team Leader - Banking Sector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to supervise, guide, and support team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and experience in managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to meet performance goals and targets.
• Allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
• Monitor daily operations and report performance to management.
• Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related issues.
• Maintain discipline, team spirit, and a positive work environment.
• Track attendance, performance, and productivity reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
