Team Leader – Banking Operations

ob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our banking process. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team, achieving targets, and maintaining service quality in sales or operations within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of executives/telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor and manage team performance through reports and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Ensure compliance with all banking and company policies.
• Handle customer escalations and provide quick resolutions.
• Train and guide new team members for better performance and process understanding.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking, finance, or sales process.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
