Team Leader - Accounts

Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.

 Treat all associates / colleagues with dignity and respect.

 To liaise with the various authorities for obtaining the Licenses / Inspection of books e.g. FL3 Licenses / Register required for the Operation of Food & Beverage Department.

 To be present in all the Banquet Functions for monitoring and strict controls of Head Counts;

 Check for Banquet FP’s and its billing similarly.

 To check / collect and close all KOT’s & BOT’s of various outlets on daily basis;

 To check daily inventory status of bar Liquor, need to prepare excess liquor status on daily basis;

 To prepare food and beverage cost report on alternate days & on monthly basis and should submit it to the GM/Chef/Accounts Manager

 All NCKOT’s to be brought to GM/AM & all Managers knowledge on daily basis.

 Check for daily Inventory for Bakery.

 To check for Sales/COVERS in all the outlets on daily basis if any discrepancies arises, should informed about that to F&B Manager, AM /GM

 To check of NC KOT'S, and recheck of Void Bills, Reprint, Reprint Settlement, Discounts, Banquets bills checking

 To conduct surprise/spot checking in the entire outlet-Cash, production and Food outlet areas.

 To take monthly inventory in stores

 To prepare recipe costing whenever required

 To prepare yield report for meat & sea foods

 Costing of new wines / beers / liquors

 Monitoring of guest amenities and control complimentary cost

 To maintain menu master in the software

In addition to above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed respectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
