Job Description

Position: Team Lead/Dy Manager- Customer Services

Location  Bangalore (13-D,12-D,13-c and 13-B KIADB Industrial Area, 562107, Attibele)

  • Manage After sales service operations of capital equipments and process plants
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Field Service Management -Managing Service engineers Pool Utilization, Scheduling, Skill development etc
  • Customer Complaint & Warrant Management
  • Service Agreement closure and Execution – Long term binding with Customer
  • Collaboration with Stake holders & Peers (Project, Sales, Support team etc)
  • Enable Leads for After sales support to CS Business generation
  • Capable to manage minimum 10-12 Service engineer  
  • Building Relationship with all our customers  
  • Work closely with sales / CS-back office / project team  
  • Passion, ownership towards customer complaints / queries / orders
