Job Title: Team Lead – Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

Chanakya Investment is looking for an experienced professional to lead a team of Relationship Managers. The role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring the team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers
• Drive sales of F&O, equity & other financial products
• Help team acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
• Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Handle escalated client issues professionally

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• AMFI/NISM certified (mandatory)
• 1-6 years of financial services experience, with 1-2 years in a team handling role
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills

Compensation:

Salary + Performance-based Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
