- Configure, maintain and implement new features across Workday HCM modules.
- Manage data uploads, role-based access and system documentation.
- Support and enhance additional HR systems like Kronos, collaborating with IT and vendors.
- Develop advanced reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Serve as the primary contact for Workday system support and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate comes in with at least 4-5 years of hands-on Workday implementation experience across multiple modules, has worked independently on configurations and enhancements, and brings strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- The role is a 5 days work from office role (they provide transportation services). However candidates should be based within transportation boundaries only! Else not eligible for the role
