Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in modern web technologies and on-page SEO. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience and a proven track record of leading teams, delivering scalable applications, and optimizing websites for performance and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Architect, design, and develop web applications using React.js, Laravel, Node.js, Bootstrap, and PHP.
• Implement and oversee on-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and site performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web development and SEO.
• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js (front-end frameworks)
• Laravel & PHP (backend development)
• Node.js (server-side applications)
• Bootstrap (responsive UI design)
• On-page SEO (technical optimization, meta tags, schema, site speed)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
• Experience in guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
