Team Lead - Wealth Management (Sales)

As a Team Lead - Wealth at our client, a leading NBFC, located in New Delhi, your role will involve managing and expanding the portfolio of private wealth clients. You will oversee a team of wealth managers and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key qualifications and responsibilities include: - Experience in private wealth management, portfolio management, and client relationship management - Proven track record of achieving financial targets and business growth - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements - Responsible for achieving financial targets, building strong client relationships, and representing the company at industry forums and events - Preferred background in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management - Development and management of respective teams, comprising Team Leaders, RMs - Handling a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through motivation, inspiration, and guidance - Creating a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients and ensuring maximum client retention & achievement of revenues - Ensuring achievement of acquisition, activation, and other Cross-sell targets, with a special focus on Premium segment customers - Achieving business and revenue targets attributed to the company Your experience of 8+ years in the Financial Industry/Private Wealth/Capital Markets/Private Banking, along with a UG/PG education, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.,
