Job Description

We are mid-sized IT MNC. Our parent company is from Canada.

Job Details-

Position : Team Lead

Department: Content Development

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Work Days : Monday to Friday [ All 5 days work from office only]

Office Timing : 10.00 am to 7.30 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

Manage team of 5-10 Team Members
Manage the daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
Managing Team Performance- Productivity and Quality
Training new team members
Weekly monitoring and coaching to team members.
Excel based MIS Assistance to North American Team
Attend Team Calls with Canada / US office in the evening and communicate it to Team.

Required candidate profile:

Ability to manage and support a team.
Excellent English comprehension skills to interpret client direction and expectations.
Attention to detail & ability to multi-task.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power point)
