Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead – Unity & Unreal Developer to lead our game development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing both 2D and 3D games using Unity and Unreal Engine, along with proven leadership and project management skills. You will oversee the design, development, and optimization of high-quality, engaging gaming experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, artists, and designers to deliver high-quality games from concept to launch.
• Design and develop 2D and 3D games using Unity 3D and Unreal Engine.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable C# and C++ code for game mechanics, graphics, and systems.
• Create and implement engaging gameplay features, controls, and player interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate assets, animations, sound, and visual effects seamlessly.
• Optimize game performance for different platforms including mobile, PC, and consoles—ensuring smooth frame rates and efficient memory usage.
• Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure product stability and quality.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time completion.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in the gaming industry to continuously enhance team capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
