• Lead a team of telecalling executives calling UK businesses.

• Set targets and monitor performance.

• Coach and develop team members.

• Ensure quality and compliance.

• Manage escalations.

Who You Are:

• Experienced telecalling professional with 6+ years and leadership background.

• UK process & financial services experience preferred.

• Excellent English communication.

• Strong leadership skills.
