What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & mentor a team of Technical Support Associates (voice process)
  • Ensure SLAs/KPIs are met while delivering excellent customer service
  • Handle escalations and drive customer satisfaction
  • Coach, motivate, and monitor team performance
  • Prepare reports and support process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate (technical background preferred)
  • 3–5 years in Technical Support (Voice), with 1–2 years in a Team Lead role
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge (hardware/software/networking)
  • Excellent communication & people management skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts
