Team Lead | Technical Sales - Electronics

As an entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented team leader for the Electronics Business Unit, you will play a vital role in scaling EMS operations, leading business development teams, and driving growth across new and existing customer segments within a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the full sales cycle for electronics manufacturing, from lead generation to closure. - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Program teams to acquire new customers and expand share of wallet with key accounts. - Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to deliver projects on time and with high reliability. - Build and manage relationships with EMS suppliers, component vendors, and technology partners. - Hire, mentor, and lead a team of junior business development professionals. - Work with internal stakeholders to digitize workflows and improve customer experience through platform initiatives. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or hardware product companies. - Deep understanding of PCB assembly, NPI processes, component sourcing, and testing. - Proven experience in leading a team, target ownership, and customer growth. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, commercial, and leadership skills. - Experience working with startups or fast-scaling companies is a plus.
